I was stuck on the side of the road, really far away from home. Somehow I made it to Gary's shop, just as Gary was about to close for the day. After telling him the story, Gary put everything on hold, didn't go home, and instead chose to help fix me up and put me on my way. Absolutely phenomenal guy. Service was quick, inexpensive and efficient. Everything you want out of your mechanic, especially in an emergency.

Got my oil changed and some other maintenance done here. Gary is great, gives you all the information about what's up with your car, great value. Handy notification service tells you all the details through whichever medium you prefer (text, call, email). Gives you a detailed and even photographic description, very convenient, informative, and thorough. No pressure, very upfront and transparent. Highly recommend.

My son's truck had the ABS sensor light come on. I used my scanner to get the codes. Although I am good with cars I had no idea where to start. I have been dealing with Gary for 6 years so I took it over and asked him if you could check it out. Found a bad sensor and replaced it. Now all it good. Gary and crew always do a terrific job. I trust taking issues to him knowing he will always be honest.

Had flat tire, fixed very fast !

I noticed a little steam coming from under the hood as I pulled into my home parking space. Called up Little Falls Auto Service and explained that I thought the engine was overheating. Little Falls Auto Service is local to my home, and Gary promised to come in a few minutes, to allow the engine a little time to cool. He came with another mechanic and they took my car back to the shop. It was the radiator, and they repaired my car for a reasonable cost. The geat thing was that as an elderly woman, I did not want to risk driving that car to the shop & Gary came out to pick it up! I did not expect that type of service! I would recommend Little Falls Auto Service to anyone with car issues. They won't take you for a ride (unless you need a lift home!). Thank you Little Falls Auto Service for keeping my car reliable.

In all honesty, from past experiences , I’m reluctant to seek assistance to have my car repaired unless someone recommends it but I was desperate to get the bulb fixed before it gets dark. I'd never been to Little Falls Auto Service before today. I found them online and decided to give them a try because of the great reviews. I am very happy that I did. My car had a simple AC drain issue that needed to be fixed before a long trip this week. I stopped by this morning and Gary was able to fit me in immediately.
